PLEASE READ THE SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICIES CAREFULLY BEFORE MAKING A PURCHASE.
All orders will be shipped from Idaho by UPS or Federal Express. Delivery times and charges will be based on the service selected at check out. If you select Ground shipping (3-7 business days) and if you need the item sooner, please select a RUSH delivery method (2-3 business days). We are not responsible for items delivered in 3-6 business days if you needed them sooner and did not select a RUSH service.
Orders placed Sunday through Thursday will ship within 24 hours of order placement. Orders placed on Friday and Saturday will ship on Monday. Holidays observed by UPS or Federal Express are excluded and orders will ship the next business day.
If your order is lost or damaged in transit, you must contact us within 5 business days of the package arrival due date.

All Express orders will be shipped via Federal Express. You may review their claims policies at

All orders that are lost or damaged in transit will be replaced based on the findings of the UPS or Federal Express claims process.
Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once received. There is a 20% restocking fee for returned items that are not being replaced as lost or damaged in transit items. You MUST contact us within 30 days of the order ship date if you intend to return ANY item. Items returned to us AFTER 30 days of the order ship date and WITHOUT contacting us will NOT be refunded.
If you then wish us to return the item back to you we will have to bill you for shipping.
Please note: We do not refund shipping costs that you pay on returned items.
